This failure started in the Syrian And Iraqi Conflict where the goals and objectives were hit by serious external newly policy of the United States of America on the ongoing diplomatic talk with Iran on its nuclear program. The Commanding Airstrike in Yemen and after many failures in their military and political plans are now heading and pushing the region into a religious struggle between Sunni and Chiah in order to maintain the continuity of its role in the region. Such adventure cannot be accepted nor supported by the west added the Secretary General Amb. Dr. Bou-Said, and they are not going to get involved in the current situation in Yemen due to its external policy which is heading to ensure better strategies that have to do with the internal political benefits of their countries. Ambassador Dr. Bou-Said revealed that any delay in the nuclear program and compromise is due to this newly situation in Yemen as one of the main purpose of this war is to delay any understanding agreement between Iran and the west, in addition to that the renewal of the fights in Syria more precisely in "EDLEB " district where thousands of rebels from the Al NUSRA and other fractions are being imported to the region through the Turkish border with Syria, where it is noticd that Turkey never comply with the Coalition forces leaded by the United States of America to fight ISIS and AL NUSRA and other Takfirist fractions whom where quoted as terrorist groups .

United States of America should take full responsibilities and their allies in the west to stop immediately the mass killing of innocents in SAADAH and the capital city from the strikes undertaken by the Saudi Arabia and their coalition forces on the cities and villages of Yemen, Prohibited by the International Law and UN Declaration on Human Rights. Mass killing is being traced since the beginning of the war by military jets and the most dangerous point is that Civil war between various tribes is showing its first symptom and all these aspects are being backed by some Arab and Gulf States and suspicious role of Israel.

The statement concluded that there is serious information on Israeli participation in air strikes on Yemen and could be through logistics and military expertise.
